Any data related to civil status, personal and professional, identity and identification collected on this site is confidential and is treated as such.

  • It is intended for use by Easytax. We may need to share it with other departments and subsidiaries within the Mathez Freight & Compliance group to meet your needs.
  • The  is processed as follows:
    • Requests for quotations and VAT simulator:  The data you send us is processed for commercial purposes by the Easytaxsales department and, if necessary, by other departments within the Mathez Freight & Compliance group according to your needs.
      Data is also shared with the group’s web committee for statistical purposes.
    • Applications:The data you send us is processed for recruitment purposes. They are shared with the departments concerned by your request, with the HR department and the web unit for statistical purposes.
    • Other forms of contact: the data you send us is processed by Easytax’s reception department, shared with the departments concerned to satisfy your needs, and with  the group’s web committee for statistical purposes.
    • Newsletters : if you subscribe to the newsletter service from our contact form or newsletter registration, your data will be recorded by our mailing service for sending out Easytax newsletters. At any time you can modify your subscriptions from the links proposed at the bottom of the mail. 
    • Google Analytics: Google uses the data listed in their data protection policy to analyse and carry out statistical studies with regards to the use of our website. The data we collect on the easytax.co website is anonymous and contains no personal details nor IP addresses.
  • This data processing is warranted by a legitimate interest in responding to your needs and optimising our website and service for the benefit of users.
  • Data is kept for a maximum of 2 years, 13 months for Google Analytics.
